Beauty Tech Distribution is the authorized US distributor for Lumielina Bioprogramming. Returns are processed directly by Lumielina. Our role is to log your return, track the correspondence with the manufacturer, and step in if the thread stalls.

In brief

• 8 days from receipt to initiate a return.
• Devices only. The outer seal must remain unpeeled.
• Customer pays return shipping and handling.
• Refund options: merchandise exchange, store credit, or full refund minus shipping and handling.
• Refunds are processed up to 15 business days after Lumielina receives and inspects the device.

What qualifies

A device is eligible for return only if it is received in original condition — packaging intact, seal unpeeled, and the unit unused, untested, and resalable.

Ineligible:

• Any device whose outer seal has been peeled or removed.
• Devices that have been powered on or tested.
• Devices missing the original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
• Devices showing cosmetic wear, cord damage, or signs of use.

If a device is defective on arrival or fails under normal use, the manufacturer warranty applies — not the return policy.

The process

1. Contact Lumielina first. Email customersupport@lumielina.com prior to unpeeling the seal on the outer packaging. Required by manufacturer policy; opening the seal voids return eligibility.
2. Notify BTD. Email hello@beautytechdistribution.com within 8 days of delivery with your order number. We log your return on our side and track the correspondence with Lumielina through completion.
3. Ship the device back. Lumielina will provide shipping instructions. Return shipping and handling is paid by the customer. Retain your tracking number.
4. Refund or exchange. Once the device is received and inspected at the Lumielina fulfillment center, your chosen option — exchange, store credit, or refund minus shipping and handling — is processed within 15 business days.

You remain the point of contact with Lumielina throughout. BTD supports and tracks; we do not act on your behalf with the manufacturer.

HairTimecess

HairTimecess products are non-returnable once opened. Unopened bottles may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery through BTD for another HairTimecess formula of equal value.

HairTimecess exchanges are handled entirely by BTD. Contact hello@beautytechdistribution.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact BTD within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item received. Incorrect or damaged-in-transit items are replaced at expedited shipping, at no cost — no return required.
